Kitchen with hot and cold running water, full size cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, place settings for 8 people, and extensive cooking equipment. One double bedroom with wardrobes and vanity shelf with mirror, and two twin bedded rooms, plus a make up double in the lounge. Bathroom / toilet with bath / shower and pedestal hand basin with hot and cold running water. The privately owned caravan is set in an established site. The site has a 45 metre shute into a heated outdoor swimming pool, a childrens' paddling pool, all set in a walled sun terrace. Childrens' playground, tennis courts, crazy golf and pitch and putt. If you need a rest from the sunshine there are snooker and pool tables and a hi-tech arcade games room. For your evenings there is a bar, live entertainment for all the family, restaurant and a take away. Other facilities on site include 'Village Shop', a launderette and ironing room. All this plus direct access within the site to a sandy beach, with no roads to cross. If you want to make the most of your time here there are plenty of places to visit. The old fishing port of Lowestoft with its sandy beach, Great Yarmouth with its many shops and beaches and attractions for young and old alike. The seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham and the quiet unspoilt peace of Southwold. Or take a boat trip on Oulton Broad or at Beccles. If you want to do some serious shopping then visit Ipswich, or Norwich, with its famous market and cathedral.
